MOROOKA MC-6000 MOBILE TUB GRINDER

The "Morooka MC-6000" has been serviced and painted. The engine was checked by the manufacturer, and of course all consumable oils and elements were replaced. The muffler has been replaced and the turbo has been overhauled. The crushing bits and drum bearings have been replaced, the bit holder and drum body have been modified, and the hopper guide rollers and chain have been replaced. The discharge conveyor and the feed hopper have been completely removed from the main unit to ensure perfection. After checking the power line for oil leaks and replacing seals and O-rings, the final step of repainting will be done. It was quite a lot of work this time as well. We will be able to hand it over to the customer after the test run, but we will make sure to complete the maintenance for the next customer.
