LINDNER Urraco95DK DUAL SHAFTS SHREDDER

LINDNER's “Uracco95DK” is a self-propelled dual-shaft shredder. Its red-capped “SCANIA V8 engine” generates 770 horsepower, pulverizing any waste with nearly 50 tons of torque via two massive interconnected hydraulic motors. The shredding shaft, featuring four types of blades (knives, rippers, scrapers, breakers) arranged in a tornado pattern, reaches a total length of 2.5 meters. Its theoretical shredding capacity exceeds 800 tons per day, even for wood chips. This machine has primarily crushed mixed waste consisting mainly of hard and soft plastics. While the tips of the crushing blades have worn down, it is believed that the main drive components have not been subjected to significant stress (the specifications also feature an LW shaft optimized for lightweight materials).
