MOROOKA MC-300D MOBILE HORIZONTAL WOOD CHIPPER

The MOROOKA "MC-300D" is a top-of-the-line model in the mini-chipper category. With a maximum processing diameter of 200mm, it has plenty of capacity for shredding branches and leaves, and the conveyor discharge system—rather than a chute—helps prevent chips from scattering. Most importantly, it is equipped with a screen, enabling consistently stable chip production. At the same time, since it uses chipper blades for shredding (with an optional free-hammer type shredder blade available), it can produce cut-type chips and is a shredding method that is particularly effective for materials like bamboo. We acquired this machine from one of our customers as well. We replaced the clutch belt and starter motor, adjusted the tension on the conveyor belt, and completed the maintenance! We’ve also replaced the original chipper blades with new ones, so the cutting performance has improved.
