HITACHI SR2000G MOBILE SOIL-RECYCLING / SOIL RECLAIMER

Repairs and maintenance on the Hitachi Construction Machinery soil improvement machine “SR2000G” have been completed. Hitachi’s soil improvement machines are structurally designed to extend the mixing time, a method that has consistently been praised for producing high-quality improved soil. Another key feature is their ability to handle high-moisture soil effectively, which results in virtually no dust emissions! This unit is a pre-“Type 6” model with third-generation emissions standards that does not use AdBlue. It had 6,500 operating hours and (to be honest) showed signs of wear, so we thoroughly disassembled and refurbished it in-house. We gave it a full repaint at the end, so I think it turned out looking almost like a brand-new machine!
