MOROOKA MST-1500VDL FORWARDER CRAWLER CARRIER

The “MST-1500VDL (Forwarder Specification),” a “slightly higher-end model” that serves as the backbone of the Morooka fleet, has arrived. With its “slightly larger” 7-metric-ton payload capacity, it can meet the needs of forestry sites where operations are becoming increasingly large-scale. Its usability has been upgraded through a design specifically tailored for forestry applications, including optimized driving balance under full load and the use of Swedish steel for the body panels. This particular unit, manufactured in 2016, is equipped with a CAT C6.6 engine—from before the switch to Cummins engines—and features a cab that makes it incredibly comfortable even in cold climates! It’s a clean machine with minimal damage (of course, we carefully inspected it before purchasing it!!), and we found almost no flaws (perhaps it didn’t see much action at rental sites in the Hokuriku region⁇). This is a must-see item for customers looking to scale up from the MST-600 to 800 class.
